How do I double-space?

If you have already typed your document and now wish to apply different settings, you must first highlight the text that you wish to modify. (If you haven't started typing yet, you don't need to worry about this.) Click Home on the ribbon, then the down arrow on the paragraph section. Select the line spacing you would like. The following is a screen shot of the dialogue box you will see.

To double-space your document, use the drop box labeled "Line spacing" and select "double."
You will notice that any changes are displayed in the preview window at the bottom. This allows you to see the effect these changes will have on your document before you make them.

Click Page Layout, Margins. You can use one of the predefined margins or click Customize to set your own.

How Do I Print Only 1 Page

Click the Microsoft Button. Click Print, then Print again to open the print dialogue box. You can then select what pages to print.

How Do I Perform A Mail Merge?

Click Mailings, Start Mail Merge
Select the type of document you are doing (letter, email messages, envelopes, etc)
Click Select Recipients. You can either type a new list from here or browse to a file you have already created (such as an Excel document)
Type your document, inserting merge fields where needed.
When finished click Finish and Merge.

Can I Quickly Access Commonly Used Files?

Click the Microsoft Button. A list of the most recently opened files will appear and you can select the file you need and open it.
